Return and Refund Policy

Customers may request an eligible return within five (5) days of receiving the product. Return requests can be submitted through the available return process or by contacting us at contact@brownhues.in.

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. No restocking fee will be charged.

Final sale items and products from collections marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

For products with manufacturing defects, the return will be accepted once the product is received and the manufacturing defect is verified. Please include your order number, photos or videos of the defect, and a brief description of the issue when contacting us.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, incorrect handling, or reasons other than a verified manufacturing defect may not be eligible for return or refund.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
