Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy

Customers may request an eligible return within five (5) days of receiving the product. Return requests can be submitted through the available return process or by contacting us at contact@brownhues.in.

- For the products with no defects, the customer is responsible for paying for return shipping at actuals. No restocking fee will be charged.

- Custom size items a marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

- For products with manufacturing defects, the refund will be initiated once the product is received and the manufacturing defect is verified. Please include your order number, photos or videos of the defect, when contacting us.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, incorrect handling, or reasons other than a verified manufacturing defect may not be eligible for return or refund.
